Printer Batch File

After you right-click on the above link, direct the file to your desktop (or My Documents, whatever local location you choose).
After the file downloads, double click on it's icon. In the window that opens you should see a file icon reading Printer.bat.
Double - click it.
A little black window will open on your screen. Wait for the message, "You are now connected to the Bethel College Print Server" & "Press any key to continue" & then press the space bar (or the any key if you can find it...).
After you press the space bar the little black window will disappear.
Open My Computer.
Type this into the Address Bar: \\bcprint
Hit Enter.
Select the appropriate printer by double clicking its icon. The Library printer to use is Library_HP4200.
In the future prepared to go through this procedure any time you want to print.
