Bethel’s Board of Trustees has commissioned a master plan for Bethel’s development envisioning a residential campus student body of 1,200 students and an adult program of similar size. This is double the current student body size! 

The aggressive plan has been initiated, and the present residential campus will be expanded to double its capacity, and its usefulness will be maximized. The expansion has actually begun with the completion of Prosser Residence Hall, which is already paid for and full of students. But this is simply the beginning. 

Because Bethel’s financial resources basically come from student tuition payments and from gifts, it’s imperative that we successfully complete this capital campaign so we can continue to meet the board of trustees’ vision. The campaign will allow us to communicate the compelling reasons for investing in Bethel’s future. 

Bethel's total capital campaign goal is $20 million: $3 million for the new science complex; $4 million for additional athletic facilities; $2.5 million for additional residence halls; $2.5 million for new student life facilities; $1 million to renovate existing buildings; $4.5 million for scholarships; $2 million for operational support; and $500,000 for the program development fund.
